Lead Generation Programs
CCSI is relied upon to fill our client's sales pipelines with qualified leads. Step one: The List — All CCSI sales support projects result in an updated marketing database. In addition to leads generated, retainer clients will have an up to the minute database of contacts that can be leveraged toward future sales.
Step two: Qualifying the Lead — Most companies define leads very differently. CCSI will work with you to identify the qualifying factors that make your lead as valuable as possible. You will receive leads on a daily basis in order to follow up with them in a meaningful timeframe.
Step three: The Confirmation — Most CCSI programs require a quality assurance step whereby the lead is confirmed to understand the offer and to expect the next step in the sales cycle.
Step four: Strategic Marketing Reports — CCSI provides standard reports to demonstrate the metrics behind each sales campaign, including the resolution of each contact. This provides the information that helps optimize the sales cycle, and test different approaches to lead generation. Reports are a great way to test the different results that can be generated by introducing support collateral, such as email campaigns, changes in competitive positioning, and changes in follow-up timing.
