KRISTINA BEAULIEU
CALL CENTER MANANGER

Kristina joined CCSI in 1999 starting as a Business Development Specialist. Kristina then moved into the position of Program Specialist.  As the Call Center Manager, Kristina is responsible for the day to day workings of the Call Center Staff and current campaigns. Partnering with our program management team and with her vast experience in a call center environment, Kristina’s focus is on the Quantity and Quality of leads that are delivered to our clients daily.

Before coming to CCSI, Kristina worked for several years in the Customer Service and Banking Industries with a focus on business and information Technology.
