TRAVIS BOTTA
ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

Travis joined Call Center Services, Inc. in 2005 as a Business Development Specialist. He moved up the ranks within the call center and assumed the position of Account Representative in August of 2007. As Account Representative, Travis is responsible for qualifying potential prospects for Call Center Services, Inc. Partnering with the Director of Operations, Travis helps Potential Clients learn how CCSI can help their organizations build more revenues.

Before coming to Call Center Services, Inc., Travis worked as a Customer Service Representative for several years. He obtained his Associates Degree in Liberal Studies from Hesser College in 2005. Travis is an artist, musician and song writer.
