Appointment Setters - Full Time & Part Time, Monday through Friday. Immediate openings.

Position Summary:
CCSI, located in Lowell Massachusetts, is seeking highly motivated individuals to call companies for our clients. As an Appointment Setter you will be trained in industry best practices for sales lead generation using telephone and email outreach.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 to 3 years experience calling into Small and Medium sized Businesses (SMB) to arrange onsite appointments for outside Sales Representatives
2. Record of success in Business to Business appointment setting
3. PC proficient and experience with SalesForce.com preferred
4. Self starter willing to work on a straight commission basis with unlimited earning potential
5. Must be available at least 20 hours per week M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm flexible schedule
6. Reference-able job experience required
