How does an Appointment Setting program differ from a Lead Qualification program?

The difference is Activity vs. Opportunity. If you want activity to keep your sales staff busy, than appointment setting is what you need. If it’s opportunity you want, than lead generation is your answer. Utilizing the services of a reputable business to business firm, knowledgeable in your market, to develop sales opportunities for your sales staff will provide a greater return on your investment than spending your marketing dollars on appointments that turn out to be of introductory nature at best.
