KAREN LAZARRA
PROGRAM MANAGEMENT ADMINISTRATOR

Karen joined Call Center Services, Inc. in February 2007. As Program Management Administrator, Karen’s focus is on the quality of leads generated by the business development specialists.

Before coming to Call Center Services, Inc., Karen worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Town of Tewksbury for several years. Karen is also a graduate of Bay Path College.

Karen loves to spend time at the beach, is an avid reader, and loves to knit.
