Center Services, Inc. has named Linda Spurr
Director of Operations. Linda started with the
company in 2000 as Program Manager. In additional
to operations, Linda functions as primary point
person for all clients. Prior to joining Call
Center Services, Inc., Linda was a Personnel
Manager for a large staffing agency. Having 10
years prior experience in sales, she also acted
as an Account Manager for the same agency, selling
their personnel services to companies in the Northern
Massachusetts area.

of Claire M. Belanger of Tyngsboro,
MA as President. Call Center
Services, Inc. is a 13 year
old business-to-business call center
that specializes in tele-prospecting
of complex infrastructure software
products and services for industry
leading clients such as SUN Microsystems,
and SAP Software.
Belanger has been with Call Center Services, Inc. for over 10 years having joined the company as CFO in 1994. A Rivier College graduate Claire is leading the company at a time of significant growth. The company revenues grew by 34% in FY 2004 and she anticipates a similar growth in FY 2005. Belanger says the future looks bright and "We are in the process of modernizing our facilities to better serve our clients. Our recent move to the Wannalancit Mills in Lowell is part of our strategic plan to enhance our position as an elite provider of tele-prospecting services to leading edge technology firms."
Claire Belanger replaces Bob Belanger who recently announced his retirement. Bob will remain with Call Center Services, Inc. in a consulting role.
